Hi! I’m Gary Gibboney and that’s what I do. My passion has always been sales and I have been training people in the Sandler Training™ methodology since 1992. I am in my 4th year with Trustpointe, an award-winning franchise of Sandler Training.

We’re currently building our training classes for ’09 and typically I sit down and meet with owners, presidents and CEO’s of company’s to talk about the state of their sales team. We often talk of personal goals for the company, current trends in sales efforts, and the challenges that they or the individuals on their team may be experiencing. Often I learn that they have a great company, with great products and/or services but no real sales culture. Many times they simply have the wrong people in sales positions. Too, I learn in meeting after meeting that many alleged sales companies don’t have a systematic approach to selling.

My experience is that owners, presidents and CEO’s prefer a forum whereby they can share their challenges with other sales leaders. I’d like to provide you with that opportunity here at our new training facility on Indy’s northeastside. (We’ve been around for more than 10 years, we’ve just expanded our site).
