Education of the Authority Having Jurisdiction is really important on how one intends to use this section. Early indications of its acceptance are positive.
Fires Reported in the News: Anyone involved in fire protection is aware of the inaccurate or inconsistent representation or under reporting of fire sprinklers involvement in fires as reported from local and national news media sources. Do your part by asking your local fire departments to report whether sprinklers were present at the scene of a fire when they speak to the news media. Diligence with all our efforts to make the public aware of the effectiveness of fire sprinklers will help our industry.
